My grandmother was a travel agent who planned experiences so precisely that magic had room to happen inside them. She's the reason I believe great experiences aren't accidental — they're designed.

For nearly a decade, I lived that philosophy as a travel agent and certified destination wedding planner, until someone handed me the social media accounts and I never looked back.
